Other:
Other Fees - (court appearance, school IEP's, etc) $120/hour
Payment:
I accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, or credit card. Payment is due at the beginning of the session unless other arrangements have been made.
** PLEASE READ: If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session price as I would not be able to fill that spot in such short notice.
Insurance:
In order to give you the utmost privacy, I DO NOT bill (accept) any commercial insurances. This grants you more freedom in our working relationship as we can decide what therapy will look like without insurance delegating how many sessions you are allowed. It also provides a higher level of confidentiality as your records are limited to your therapist and yourself. Most insurance companies also require a diagnosis of a mental health disorder as well. Many people seeking therapy do not have a diagnosis and simply need help navigating through life changes or stressors. Often times, insurance companies will have out-of-network benefits and once your deductible has been met, you could be reimbursed for services. Be sure to check with your insurance company for more information as i would be considered an"out of network provider". I do, however, accept Kansas Medicaid insurance (KanCare). If neither of these apply to you, I have a self pay rate as well (see my fees above).
In addition, I am very passionate about being able provide services to anyone that needs help. If you have any concerns about payment and affordability, please contact me directly as Im willing to work with you on alternative arrangements that can be made.
